Right of withdrawal

Legal period

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

COMOCLO contractually extends this period to 30 days and covers the return costs throughout the European Union.

How to exercise your right

Notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, before the period expires, by e-mail to contact@comocloshop.com or by telephone on 09 70 70 79 42.

Consequences

In the event of withdrawal, we refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or of proof of its dispatch, using the same means of payment.

Returning the products

You must send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision. The products must be unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Return costs are covered by us throughout the European Union: we send you a prepaid label.

Exclusions

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised, nor to goods unsealed for hygiene reasons after delivery.
