2. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between COMOCLO and any customer making a purchase on the site.

3. Products

COMOCLO items are creations of our brand, designed and made with care from selected materials. They benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

4. Orders

The customer confirms the order by clicking the button marked « order with obligation to pay », in accordance with article L.221-14 of the French Consumer Code. Any confirmed order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the address provided.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (seller under the VAT exemption scheme). Payments accepted: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, via our secure payment provider Stripe (SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication).

When a reduction is announced, the crossed-out reference price corresponds to the lowest price applied during the previous thirty days, in accordance with article L.112-1-1 of the French Consumer Code.

6. Delivery

See our delivery policy. Failing an indicated date, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract (art. L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code).

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty. See our dedicated page.

8. Legal guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity: two years from delivery, with no need to prove the defect during twenty-four months on a new item. Any period out of use of at least seven days is added to the remaining guarantee period, and bringing the item into conformity by repair extends the guarantee by six months (art. L.217-13). Guarantee against hidden defects: two years from the discovery of the defect, with a choice between rescission of the sale and a price reduction (art. 1644 of the French Civil Code).

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact customer service, then may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman — see the Mediation page. The customer retains the option of bringing proceedings before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or of the place where the damage occurred (art. R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
